Within the archiving agreements between KB and publishers it is agreed that KB is allowed to provide on-site access to all archived publications from the publishers. In specific conditions access can be broadened to a wider range. These conditions are met when titles are no longer available from the publisher or any other source. These specific conditions are called trigger events and occur:
- when a publisher stops operations, or
- when a publisher ceases to publish a title, or
- when a publisher no longer offers back issues, or
- upon catastrophic and sustained failure of a publisher's delivery platform.
The following titles have been “triggered” and are available through the KB e-Depot website, regardless of whether the participating institution has previously licensed the content:
