The KB strives to build up a comprehensive collection of published materials to reflect the Dutch cultural heritage. However, as our processing capability is restricted, we have had to exclude certain categories, such as newsletters of a predominantly local character. Please note that this exception does not cover books on local subject-matter: local memorial or historical books are regard as integral parts of the Deposit Collection.
Examples of catagories excluded from the Deposit Collection:
- provincial, regional or local government reports
- advisory letters
- term papers
- publicity material
- internal business information
- free local papers
