Paul van Capelleveen (PvC)
Paul van Capelleveen is a custodian of the Special Collections department at the Koninklijke Bibliotheek and a curator of the Modern Collection at the Museum Meermanno in The Hague.

Henk Chervet (HC)
Henk Chervet (1954) joined the Koninklijke Bibliotheek staff in 1981. He managed the chess and draughts collection from 2002 to 2004. He has served as the secretary of the Wassenaar Chess Club since 1998.

Marieke van Delft (MVD)
Marieke van Delft (1954) studied history and book studies in Amsterdam and Leiden. She has held numerous positions at the Koninklijke Bibliotheek since she joined the staff in 1978. From 2004 onward she has been a keeper of Early Prints (1450-1800) and the editor/coordinator of Bibliopolis.

Erik Geleijns (EG)
Erik Geleijns (1968) studied English language and literature in Amsterdam. He was hired by the Koninklijke Bibliotheek in 1995 as a project member for the Short Title Catalogue, Netherlands.

Jordy Joubij (JJ)
Jordy Joubij (1980) studied French and philosophy in Utrecht, Amsterdam and Rotterdam. He joined the Koninklijke Bibliotheek in 2006 as a Koopman Collection staff member in the Special Collections department.

Jeannette Kok (JK)
Jeannette Kok (1947) is a children's librarian and documentalist and works as an expert on children's books in the Special Collections department.

Ad Leerintveld (AL)
Ad Leerintveld (1952) has held various positions in the Special Collections department at the Koninklijke Bibliotheek since 1990. He is currently a keeper of late medieval manuscripts. He studied Dutch language and literature and book studies in Amsterdam and wrote his thesis on a historic-critical edition of the early Dutch poetry of Constantijn Huygens.

Henk Porck (HP)
Henk Porck (1953) studied biochemistry and obtained a doctoral degree in medicine from the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam. He was hired by the Koninklijke Bibliotheek in 1983 as a conservation scientist. Since 1990, he has also been a custodian of the Paperhistorical Collection at the Koninklijke Bibliotheek.

Kathryn Rudy (KR)
Kathryn Rudy (1969) studied art history and literature at Cornell University, Dutch art history at Columbia University and medieval studies at the University of Toronto. She has been a curator of illuminated manuscripts at the Koninklijke Bibliotheek since 2006.

Reinder Storm (RS)
Reinder Storm (1962) studied Dutch in Amsterdam, joined the Koninklijke Bibliotheek staff in 1989 and is involved in cultural activities and in acquisitions for the scientific collection.

Kees Thomassen (KT)
Kees Thomassen (1950) has been a member of the Special Collections staff at the Koninklijke Bibliotheek since 1978. He is employed as an expert specialising in post-medieval manuscripts.

Rens Top (RT)
Rens Top (1955) joined the Koninklijke Bibliotheek in 1983. His background is in art history and he is currently a keeper of the book bindings collection.

Theo Vermeulen (TV)
Theo Vermeulen (1951) has worked for the Koninklijke Bibliotheek since1974. After serving in various positions in the Early Prints and Special Collections departments, he became the first head of Physical Management at the Koninklijke Bibliotheek in 2003. He has been the Safety & Collections programme coordinator since late 2006.

Ed van der Vlist (EVDV)
Ed van der Vlist (1963) studied history in Leiden and is a keeper of medieval manuscripts at the Koninklijke Bibliotheek.
