You may open an IBL account at the Welcome Desk. After payment of € 20.00 you will receive an access number and a password.
You may also open an IBL account by transferring € 20.00 or more to bank account number 425131 on the name of 'Koninklijke Bibliotheek' with reference to 'IBL account' and your KB library pass number.
On delivery of a book or photocopy the amount due will be automatically withdrawn from your IBL account. The balance of your account will be shown with each application so that you can see exactly what your credit is.
Please note: Books that you have requested from another library will be sent to the KB, articles from periodicals will be sent directly to the address indicated by you.
