The Corporate Communication department takes care of an integrated communications policy geared to the functioning of the organisation and its goals. The policy is aimed at enhancing the KB's image, the active promotion of the KB's holdings and knowledge, and an optimal internal information supply.

The Corporate Communication department is the focal point for all questions that have no direct relation to user services. It organises tours of the library, events and exhibitions, both in and outside the KB, and is responsible for the KB website and intranet. Moreover, the department publishes the quarterly KB magazine.
