Open Preservation Foundation appoints new Chair

17 February 2017 - Barbara Sierman has been appointed as the new Chair of the Open Preservation Foundation. The Foundation’s Board of Directors voted to elect Barbara as Chair following her nomination at their February Board meeting. Barbara, Digital Preservation Manager at the Koninklijke Bibliotheek, National Library of the Netherlands, is a member of the Board of Directors since 2015.

Barbara says: 'I look forward to working with the Board and members to help the Foundation in its mission to sustain technology and knowledge for the long-term management of digital cultural heritage.'
