Cancelling membership and cooling-off period
You can cancel your KB membership at any time. We will not automatically renew your membership, which means that it will end after 1 year. If you would like to cancel before that year is over, the manner of cancellation depends on the timing thereof.
Naturally, we’re sorry to see you go. We would like to know if there is anything we can do to make your membership more enjoyable. You can contact us by phone or online.
Cooling-off period
If you have joined the KB in the past 14 days but have changed your mind, you are entitled to a cooling-off period. This means that you can cancel your membership for any reason whatsoever within 14 days of joining. The membership fee you paid will be refunded. We will close your KB account, which means that you can no longer use our membership services.

Cancel membership
Have you been a member of the KB for longer than 14 days? Then you are no longer entitled to the cooling-off period, but you can still cancel your membership. However, you will not get a refund of the membership fees you have paid. We will close your KB account, and you will no longer be able to use our membership services.
