Membership renewal

Memberships are for a period of 1 year. If your membership year has almost expired or if your library pass expired less than a year ago, you can renew your membership online. All membership renewals are for 1 year, after which you can choose whether you’d like to continue with your membership. We will not automatically renew your membership.
Renewing for 1 year costs a maximum of € 15. In some cases, you may be eligible for a discount on your membership.
How do you renew your membership?
Renew your membership online in 7 steps:
Go to the registration form
Go to inschrijven.kb.nl/verlengen.
Log in with your login account
Enter your username and password. Then click on 'log in'.
Update your personal details
Check your personal details and update what is no longer correct. You must again accept our terms regarding to our rules for the use of your personal information, otherwise we are not allowed to process it. Then click on 'next step'.
Check the summary
Check the summary of the information you have entered so far. Is something incorrect? Then go back by clicking on 'previous step'. Is everything correct? Then click on 'next step'.
Choose your membership
Choose the type of membership you want. You can only get a discount if you meet certain requirements. After selecting the membership, click on 'next step'.
Are you a student in higher education? Please log in to InAcademia with your school account.
Pay for your membership
You can pay with iDeal, Mastercard, Visa or a one-time direct debit (SEPA Direct Debit). Your membership is renewed immediately after your payment.
