Complaint Procedure
If you are not satisfied with the way in which the KB has behaved towards you (in a particular matter), we would like to hear about it. Talk to an employee in the reading room or contact us by telephone or e-mail.
If you want to make an official complaint, we would like to receive it in writing. You can send these to:
